Insert the West Central Net CD-ROM into the drive.

The setup program should automatically start.

Wait for your computer to restart.

Click on Start -> Programs -> Netscape Communicator -> Netscape Account Setup

Enter your Name

Then click 

Enter your account name and password

Enter your email login.

NOT the full email address. (Example: johndoe)

Use this screen to disable call waiting, if you have it, and to also add a number for an outside line, if you need it.

Click on 

Enter your area code and phone number.

Click on

Your are now ready to go! Just double-click on the Netscape icon on your desktop to get onto the Internet.
