Click on your Start button, and click Run...
Type icwconn1, then click OK.
Place the dot on the third selection: Place the dot beside: Enter 481-1111 for the Telephone Number and Uncheck the box labeled Use area code and dialing rules. Enter your username and password: Leave the default name of Connection to 481-1111 Leave the dot on Yes Type in your name Enter your email address. Enter mail.wcc.net in both incoming and outgoing fields. Leave the top at POP3 Enter your username and password: (Be sure to check Remember Password). Click on Now click
